The size of the hot tub was great for our group size (6). The house is far enough away from any other neighbors, so we didn't have to worry about disturbing them.

Cozy spot that's perfect for an able-bodied family with kids who can be trusted on stairs
Positive: Cozy vibes, clean, excellent location, responsive hosts, comfortable bed, hot tub! Games for the family, plenty of everything (towels, plates, bowls, silverware, glasses), great layout.
Negative: Treacherous stairs, upstairs stayed cold (but plenty of blankets to compensate), shuffleboard wasn't functional - the pucks didn't glide. Maybe a different wax is needed? It looked like there were two different kinds and one might have caused too much friction.
